I’ve had the best experience with Sherkica at Carod properties. I literally called her on Monday about selling my property. We met on Tuesday and on Saturday my listing went live. On the following Thursday, I was under contract. I had several offers and she helped negotiate the best offer over my listed price. My process was completely remote after our first meeting bc I moved out of state. Before closing I had a few issues with the buyers agent and she resolved them promptly. She was always available to answer all of my questions and get all of my issues resolved.
